A fire was contained to six garage units at the Dakota Ridge Apartments, Williston.

WILLISTON. – The Williston Fire Department was dispatched at 1:44 p.m. on Saturday by the

Williams County Dispatch Center to respond with an ambulance for standby to a report of a structure fire at 5963 Highway 85, the Dakota Ridge Apartments.

The initial reports were of a vehicle fire inside of a garage.The fire had spread from the initial garage unit to adjacent units. The fire was contained to six garage units out of the 20-unit structure. No injuries were reported from this incident.

Williston Rural Fire Department was the primary fire department responding to the fire, and five firefighters from Williston Fire Department provided mutual aid to the incident.
