WILLISTON - The search for a missing Williston man, Roger Shelton, continues into the weekend, but the Williams County Sheriff's Office has shared what they believe to be his last confirmed sighting.
According to Williams County Deputy Daniel Ward, Shelton was last seen on the evening of Jan. 5 at the Black Gold Casino located on the North Dakota-Montana border. Ward indicated investigators are performing a forensic analysis of Shelton's phone records, bank accounts and his vehicles.
Shelton has officially been entered into the NamUs database, a national information system and resource center for missing persons cases. Ward asked the public to contact the Department at 701-577-7700 to share any tips or information.
