Angel Trees to help families in need

Angel Trees are back for the holidays to help families.
The Minot Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program has been helping families in Minot since 1981. Its focus is to assist marginalized families experience the joy of Christmas despite desperate circumstances.
The Salvation Army distributes toys to families in need, providing gifts to children from newborn to teens. The program is supported by local businesses in the Minot area.

The Salvation Army also is calling for local bell ringers for this holiday season at the Red Kettle locations.
Gifts sought for homebound
Ryan Nissan will be collecting gifts for the homebound in association with the Minot Commission on Aging.
Unwrapped gift items are being collected under the Christmas tree in the showroom of Ryan Nissan through Dec. 15.
