Seven arrested after drug bust May 30

Seven adults have been arrested after a raid of a Minot residence by the Ward Count Narcotics Task Force on May 30.

The Minot Swat Team assisted with the execution of the warrant at 417 11th Ave. S., resulting in the arrest of seven individuals: James Robb, 50, Kayla Woodfork, 26, Douglas Woodfork, 36, Dustin Eells, 25, and Jacqueline White Eagle, all Minot; and Lawrence Brown, 55, and Dumont Whitt, 50, both Spokane, Washington.

After searching the premises, investigators discovered approximately six ounces of pink/purple fentanyl powder, one ounce of cocaine, 3.5 ounces of M30 fentanyl tablets, marijuana, psylocibin mushrooms, cash, a digital scale and a firearm. Craig Sandusky of the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation estimated in the affidavit filed with the court that the street value of the seized drugs was approximately $70,000.

All seven were charged with possession with intent to deliver 40 grams or more of fentanyl, a Class A felony, and possession with intent to deliver cocaine, a Class B felony. Prior to being arrested Robb had been wanted on a warrant for two counts of delivering fentanyl. White Eagle was also charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, both Class C felonies.

The seven co-defendants made their initial appearance in district court before Judge Douglas Mattson on May 31. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 6 before Judge Todd Cresap.
