Christie Smith has joined Bones BBQ Smokehouse & Grill as restaurant manager. She has 30 years of restaurant leadership experience.

Smith has served in many capacities throughout her restaurant career, which include chief operating officer, director of operations and director of training. She was an award winner in her previous employment, earning Power Performer and Top Performer awards.

Smith has a deep passion for creating a strong team.

“Work isn’t work when you are having fun,” she said when asked what inspires her most about her role.
