Western Plains Children's Choirs and Mouse River Players will present the production "Honk Jr." on June 15 and 16 at 7 p.m. in MRP's Arlene Theater, 115 1st. St. SE, located a block north of Central Campus.
The musical is based on Hans Christian Andersen's familiar tale of "The Ugly Duckling." The heart-warming story celebrates the experience of being "different" and is delightful fun for the entire family.
Youth actors in third through eighth grades have taken part in a musical theatre camp under the direction of co-directors, Angela Schnaible and Miranda Styborski.
