Rugby superintendent recognized
The North Dakota Council of Educational Leaders has named the four regional Superintendents of the Year for 2024, including Michael McNeff from Rugby.
In conjunction with the National Superintendent of the Year program, the awards pay tribute to active, front-line superintendents. Recipients are judged on their creativity in successfully meeting the needs of students in their school system, communication, professionalism, an active participation in local community activities and an understanding of regional, national, and international issues.
In addition to McNeff from the Northwest region, other regional winners are: Southeast, Rick Diegel, Kidder County/Linton; Northeast, Shane Azure, Northwood; and Southwest, Ken Miller, Hazen.
