Theophris Drake, 39, Minot, was arrested on Feb. 4 after a shooting at a southwest Minot bar. According to the Minot Police Department, officers responded after receiving reports of the shooting just after midnight and took Drake into custody.

Two victims were transported to the hospital for what police believe are non-life-threatening injuries. Police say they charged Drake with two counts of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and terrorizing, all felony level offenses. Drake was taken to the Ward County Jail, where he awaits his initial appearance in court.
