VELVA -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victims of a head-on crash that occurred near Velva on Sunday.
Robb Labonte, 32, Minot, driver of a Mazda Tribute, and Christopher Brewer, 41, Velva, driver of a Buick Le Sabre, died in the crash. The collison occurred on U.S. Highway 52.
