Four Georgia men charged with facilitation of counterfeiting
Bobby Joel Ward, 32, and Deonte Leon Carr, 32, both of Atlanta, along with Alphonso Lorenzo Howard, 32, Decatur, Georgia, and Diontri Antonio Fulton, 34, Ellenwood, Ga., have been charged in district court in Ward County with Class B felony facilitation of counterfeiting in Minot.
They made initial appearances on Friday before Judge Doug Mattson.
