The 17 law enforcement agencies participating were the U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, U.S. Air Force Security Forces – Minot Air Force Base, Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation’s Fish and Wildlife and Public Safety Division of Drug Enforcement, N.D. Highway Patrol, N.D. Game and Fish, N.D. Probation and Parole, sheriff’s offices in Bottineau, McHenry, Renville and Ward counties, Ward County Jail, Mountrail County Correctional Center and police departments from Burlington, Minot and New Town.
