Larry Lee Cartwright, 39, Minot, was sentenced on Friday to 360 days in jail, all suspended but 59 days served, and two years of supervised probation for Class C felony theft of property.

If he successfully completes probation, the offense will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor.

The sentences are concurrent with sentences in other cases.

Judge Gary Lee also ordered Cartwright to have no contact with R & K Construction and to pay $125 in court costs.
