Montie Logan, Minot, sentenced for conspiracy to commit burglary
Montie James Logan, 19, Minot, was sentenced on Monday to 360 days in jail, all suspended but the two days he already spent in the Ward County Jail, and two years of supervised probation for Class B felony conspiracy to commit burglary at night committed on June 24, 2021.
Judge Richard Hagar also ordered him to have no contact with the victims and to pay $775 in court costs. The charge will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor if he successfully completes probation.
According to court documents, Logan conspired with two other young men to go over to a Minot residence on June 24, 2021 with the intent to fight one of the residents there. The group reportedly broke in and damaged property before they were thrown out.
