Vonnie Ray Williams Jr., 64, Dickinson, is charged in district court in Mountrail County with Class A felony possession of stolen property valued at more than $50,000.

He is in custody at the Mountrail County Jail in Stanley. He made an initial appearance on the charge on Monday before Judge Doug Mattson, who scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 7.
