Janna Margaret Clair Steen, 33, New Town, is charged in district court in Mountrail County with Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver fentanyl She is also charged with Class C felony possession of methamphetamine, her second offense, and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia.

In another case, dating back to Feb. 7, she is charged with Class C felony possession of methamphetamine, her second offense, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and Class A misdemeanor possession of five or fewer Schedule II, III, IV, V or CSA pills.

Steen was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges on Wednesday before Judge Doug Mattson.
