Email was down on Wednesday for all SRT email customers and the company could not say when it would be restored.

Teal Myre, director of communications and marketing, said there was an outage affecting SRT’s “third party email provider.” She declined to identify the third party email provider and could not identify the cause of the outage.

She said “the email service provider is working diligently to resolve the unplanned issue (but) there is no estimated time of repair.”

“We understand that this email outage is affecting business and personal communication,” said Myre. “We apologize and appreciate the patience of our customers.”
