Ronald Eugene Parizek Jr., 44, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony theft of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000 on Dec. 10, 2021.

Parizek made an initial appearance on the charge on Monday before Judge Richard Hagar. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for March 3.
