Mark Paddock II sentenced for dissemination of obscene images
Mark Alan Paddock II, 26, Minot, was sentenced on Jan. 13 to 360 days in jail, all suspended but the one day he has already served, and three years of supervised probation for Class C felony dissemination of obscene images in September 2020. The offense will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation. Judge Gary Lee also ordered Paddock to have no contact with the victim and to obtain a mental health evaluation and to follow through on all treatment recommendations. Paddock was also ordered to pay $1,100 in court costs.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Paddock sent a woman sexually explicit images depicting computer-generated images of children, images depicting bestiality, and explicit images of himself wearing female lingerie.
