Marcellis Josean Laducer, 20, New Town, was sentenced this week in U.S. District Court to 21 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised probation, for having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl on the Fort Berthold Reservation. Laducer was 18 at the time the crime was committed, according to court documents.

He has also been ordered to register as a sex offender.

Laducer is currently in custody at the Ward County Jail in Minot.
