Additional COVID-19 Testing Days Announced

The North Dakota Department of Health will be offering free COVID testing at the Minot Municipal Auditorium on Jan. 15, 17, and 22 from 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. on a walk-in basis, according to information provided by the First District Health Unit.

Saturday, Jan. 15 and Saturday, Jan. 22, testing will be done inside the front ticketing area. Park in the main south parking lot.

Monday, Jan. 17 testing will be done inside the Old Armory. Park in the north lot and enter through the far northeast door.

No appointments are needed, but everyone to be tested should be pre-registered at testreg.nd.gov. Anyone can be tested, regardless of residency or reason for testing, and all tests are free. Masks are required. Both the PCR molecular test and the BinaxNow rapid test will be available. Results of the PCR test will be available within 72 hours, and the results of the rapid tests will be available in two hours. More information can be found at www.fdhu.org.
