Michael McKeithan, Minot, pleads guilty to intent to deliver meth, marijuana
Court records show that Michael Ryan McKeithan, 35, pleaded guilty on Friday in district court in Minot to Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, Class C felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and Class A misdemeanor possession of LSD.
Other charges against him were dismissed, including two counts of Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a Class A misdemeanor charge of fraudulent practices in urine testing.
Charges are still pending against his co-defendant, Jordan Michelle Pallotta, 30.
The pair were arrested in October after the Ward County Narcotics Task Force obtained a search warrant for their southeast Minot residence. A search of the residence turned up drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to court documents, and evidence that McKeithan had been dealing the drugs.

McKeithan had been listed on the ND Courts site as of Friday afternoon.
