Joshua Johnson, Williston, indicted on federal child pornography charges
Joshua Levi Johnson, 42, Williston, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on federal charges of distribution and receipt of child pornography.
A detention hearing is scheduled for today in U.S. District Court.
Johnson has been held in custody at the Ward County Jail in Minot.
