Amanda Oster, Minot, pleads guilty to intent to deliver methamphetamine
Amanda Margaret Oster, 33, Minot, pleaded guilty in district court in Minot to Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 29, 2020. The state agreed to dismiss one count of Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of Class C felony maintaining a premises for the use, storage, or sale of controlled substances.
The Ward County Narcotics Task Force had staked out Oster’s trailer in search of a known fugitive who had reportedly been standing outside it, according to court documents. They spotted signs of drug trafficking and obtained permission to search Oster’s trailer from her probation officer. The task force entered her trailer and found the methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to court documents.
