Kevin Grady indicted in federal court on child sex abuse charges
Kevin Oscar Grady, 52, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in U.S. District Court in North Dakota on three counts of abusive sexual contact with a child.
According to court documents, the incidents involved three separate alleged victims and occurred in 2007, 2010 and 2011 and in 2020. All involved children who were younger than 12 at the time.
The case originated in Mountrail County. Most serious crimes allegedly committed by American Indians on Indian reservations are charged in federal court.
A jury trial in the case is currently scheduled for Dec. 7 in U.S. District Court in Bismarck. Grady is currently in custody at the Ward County Jail in Minot.
