Dejuan Ranier Thornton, 41, Minot, is charged in district court in Ward County with Class B felony with intent to deliver cocaine, Class B felony possession of a controlled substance by an inmate; Class C felony tampering with physical evidence, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia; and Class C felony felon in possession of a firearm.

He was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the latest charges against him on Thursday before Judge Gary Lee.

Thornton, along with his girlfriend, Madison Lynn Endresen, 24, were charged in another case last month with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and two counts of Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia. The state filed a notice to revoke Thornton’s bond in that case last week because he allegedly violated his bond conditions with a drug testing violation.
