Felony child abuse or neglect charges have been dismissed in district court in Minot against Robert Jose Aragon and Nina Charlayne Aragon either because there wasn’t enough evidence for the case to move forward or the statute of limitations had passed.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court last year, two children made allegations of physical abuse against Nina Aragon and of verbal and emotional abuse against Robert Aragon.

The state has also filed a motion to expunge a record of arrest and the charges for Nina Aragon.
