Raphael Cook II, Minot, charged again with intent to deliver meth, heroin
Raphael Vernon Cook II, 45, Minot, is charged in district court In Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver heroin and Class B felony intent to deliver methamphetamine on Aug. 21. He is scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges today before Judge Gary Lee.
In addition, Cook was charged on July 19 with Class B felony intent to deliver heroin, Class B felony intent to deliver methamphetamine, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and Class C felony felon in possession of a firearm. Those charges are all still pending. He also was charged on Aug. 28 with Class C felony possession of heroin, Class C felony possession of methamphetamine, Class C felony possession of a Schedule II stimulant, Class B misdemeanor refusal to submit to a chemical test, and possession of marijuana, an infraction.
