Jeremy Bryan Feller, 35, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, two counts of Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and seven counts of Class C felony felon in possession of a firearm on Thursday in Ward County.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the Ward County Narcotics Task Force raided the home of Adam Grant Boe, 35, because Feller has been known to deal drugs from Boe’s home. Feller has been living at Boe’s residence.

The search turned up 0.89 grams of suspected fentanyl in Feller’s pocket, along with $490 in cash. Feller’s phone contained several messages from people who wanted to buy narcotics from him and responses from Feller discussing pricing. The search also turned up four shotguns and three revolvers in a firearms bag. Feller is on probation and not allowed to possess firearms. Drug paraphernalia was also found.

Boe was charged with Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both men made initial appearances on Friday in district court in Minot.
