Mylin George Wicker, 39, Minot, is accused of breaking into several storage units at Souris River Storage in southeast Minot and stealing several items, including check blanks, in January. According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Wicker forged a check in the amount of $1,300 and deposited it at a local bank on Jan. 22. Wicker was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charge in district court in Minot on Monday before Judge Stacy Louser.

In another case, Wicker was sentenced last week to three years in prison, with a requirement that he serve 18 months, followed by three years of supervised probation for intent to deliver heroin in August 2019. He is still in custody on that charge.
