Berthold man killed in rollover
ROSS – A single vehicle rollover has resulted in the death of a 19-year-old Berthold man whose identity had not yet been released by the North Dakota Highway Patrol as of Monday afternoon. The accident occurred at about 6:40 a.m. Monday on 55th Street Northwest, about seven miles south of Ross.
According to a Highway Patrol report, a tan 2008 Lexus SUV was eastbound on 55th Street where the road curves to become northbound 90th Avenue Northwest when it left the roadway, struck a sign post and overturned in the east ditch.
The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the Stanley hospital.
