Andrew Donald Bruhn, 50, was sentenced on Wednesday in district court in Minot to 360 days in jail, all suspended but the nine days he already served, and two years of supervised probation for being in possession of two television sets, a Bose sound bar and a sub-woofer that were stolen during a burglary on Feb. 1 in southeast Ward County. Bruhn also pleaded guilty to possession of a methampehtamine pipe.

Judge Doug Mattson also ordered Bruhn to pay court costs and restitution yet to be determined.

Bruhn told the judge that he is a long-term user of methamphetamine but is undergoing treatment and has been sober for six months.
