Domenix Edswand Johnson, 37, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to distribute marijuana, Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Class A misdemeanor offense of driving with a suspended license, a fourth or subsequent offense.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Johnson was arrested following a traffic stop in Minot on Wednesday. He had approximately 10 grams of marijuana in his possession, packaged for sale, and $1,139 in cash. He also had a digital scale that contained suspected methamphetamine residue.
