Terrell D’Shea Carlson, 23, Minot, is accused of punching another man in the face with a closed fist on Thursday and breaking his nose during an altercation at a Minot apartment.

Carlson also allegedly resisted when police placed him under arrest.

The alleged victim was treated at the hospital and released, according to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court.

Carlson is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony aggravated assault and Class C felony resisting arrest.

He was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges on Friday.
