A lawyer for murder suspect Shawnee Lynn Krall, 28, Minot, has submitted a waiver of a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 11 and asked to enter a not guilty plea to the Class AA murder charge, according to an online court listing.

Krall has been charged in the death of his roommate, Alice Queirolo, 29, of Minot at a northwest Minot residence on Dec. 22, 2020. The case is before North Central District Court Judge Stacy Louser.
