Noah Figliolino, Minot, indicted on federal intent to deliver fentanyl charges

Noah Figliolino, 23, Minot, has been indicted in U.S. District Court on charges including possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl in Minot on Jan. 7, 2021, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl in November 2020 in Minot, and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon on Jan. 7, 2021.

Figliolino had originally been charged in district court in Minot but will now be prosecuted in federal court. He is in custody at the Ward County Jail.

A jury trial in the case is scheduled for June 8 in U.S. District Court in Bismarck.
