LeaRae Tallman charged with embezzling from Tires Plus
LeaRae Ann Tallman, 65, Max, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony embezzlement from Tires Plus in Minot.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Tallman, who had been a bookkeeper at Tires Plus, charged $35,349.28 in personal expenses between May 2016 and May 2020 to a credit card issued to Tires Plus. She allegedly paid for her personal satellite television, telephone, utility, and auto service bills and services for Johnny’s Bar, the bar she owned in Max, using the company credit card.
Tallman was fired by Tires Plus in May 2020.
The next court hearing in her case is scheduled for May 12 before Judge Stacy Louser.
