Damion Colvin set to go to trial May 24 in murder of stepbrother
Damion Michael Allen Colvin, 23, is still scheduled to go to trial May 24 for the Class AA felony murder of his stepbrother, Andrew Parisien, during an altercation at a Minot residence on May 14, 2020.
The trial is scheduled to take a week before North Central District Court Judge Gary Lee.
