Emma Weisberg, Minot, receives deferred sentence for intent to distribute imitation controlled substance
Emma Marie Weisberg, 26, Minot, received a deferred imposition of sentence for three years on April 20 for Class C felony possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance on June 26, 2020.
Judge Gary Lee also ordered Weisberg to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and to pay $1,025 in court costs and restitution yet to be determined.
She was also sentenced to 360 days, all suspended but the 145 days she already served in jail, for a Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge and was ordered to pay $225 in court costs. The sentence is concurrent with sentences in other cases.
