The Annual Prairie Warrior Auction has been scheduled for May 15 at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center in Minot. The auction was canceled last year.

Proceeds from the event go to help with the morale and well-being of Air Force personnel at Minot Air Force Base. An example of programs that benefit is Operation Warmheart, which provides yearround essentials to service members and their families in need, as well as Thanksgiving baskets during the holiday season.

Donations from businesses, organizations and individuals are being sought for the live and silent auctions. The deadline for submitting items is April 26.

The auction is sponsored by the Minot Area Chamber EDC’s Military Affairs Committee. Randy Hauck is committee chair.
