Justin Wallette, charged with sexual abuse of child under age 10
Justin James Wallette, 33, is charged in district court in Minot with a Class A felony for allegedly sexually abusing a young girl under age 10.
He was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charge on Tuesday before Judge Richard Hagar.
A Class A felony carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. If he is found guilty or pleads guilty, he would also be required to register as a sex offender.
