Emergency vehicles parade past Trinity Hospital this past Thursday afternoon. The parade was organized by the Burlington Rural Fire Department to pay tribute to Trinity Health’s frontline workers. Michael Bossie, EMT captain and volunteer firefighter said, “I have seen the heartache that COVID-19 has caused. I feel that frontline healthcare workers haven’t received the recognition they deserve for working in this hectic environment. The least we can do is show our appreciation.” The convoy circled Trinity Hospital and then traveled past Trinity Homes on Third Street NE.
