Erika McKenzie, Douglas, charged with having sexual contact with 15-year-old boy
Erika Maurie McKenzie, 23, Douglas, is charged in district court in Minot with having sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy and exchanging sexually explicit images and texts with him via social media.
McKenzie is charged with Class C felony luring a minor by computer, Class C felony corruption of a minor, and Class C felony promoting obscenity to a minor.
She made an initial appearance in court on Wednesday before Judge Gary Lee, who scheduled a preliminary hearing in the case for March 25.
