Timothy Metcalf Jr., Carpio, charged with assaulting woman, interfering with emergency phone call
Timothy Ronnell Metcalf Jr., 20, Carpio, is accused of scratching a woman during a domestic altercation on Sunday and of taking the phone away from her and breaking it when she called 911.
Metcalf is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony interference with an emergency phone call and Class B misdemeanor domestic violence causing bodily injury.
