Kyle Riley, Minot, charged with breaking man’s face in fight at jail
Kyle Ray Riley, 24, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony aggravated assault for allegedly breaking several bones in another inmate’s face during a fight at the jail on Nov. 7.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Riley and the other man were fighting over what to watch on television while they were in the common area of their pod at the Ward County Jail. Riley punched the other man in the face six times with his fist. The alleged victim had several broken bones in his face.
