Minot man arrested for being in possession of explosive devices
Minot police arrested Matthew Lahtonen, 19, Minot, today for being in possession of explosive devices.
Police responded to a southeast Minot residence for a report of a homemade explosive device found in a bedroom. Lahtonen was arrested at another location and in possession of more explosives.
Minot Area Bomb Squad members responded to the scenes and took custody of the explosives, police said.
Lahtonen is in the Ward County Jail.
