Justin Grinnell, New Town, sentenced to 152 days time served, 2 years probation, for intent to deliver heroin
Justin Lee Grinnell, 29, New Town, was sentenced on Monday to two years in prison, all suspended but the 152 days he has already served in jail, and two years of supervised probation for possession with intent to deliver heroin, a Class B felony, on Dec. 26, 2019. Judge Gary Lee also ordered Grinnell to pay $775 in court costs.
The state dismissed Class C felony possession of butorphanol and two Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia charges against Grinnell under the terms of a plea deal.
