Regaen Marie Zarr, 23, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with four Class B felonies: possession with intent to deliver ecstasy, LSD, hashish, and a Schedule I hallucinogen, two Class C felonies: intent to deliver a Schedule IV depressant and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and Class A misdemeanor possession of five or fewer Schedule II, III, IV, V, or CSA pills.
She was charged Thursday, according to court records and was to make an initial appearance on Monday before Judge Gary Lee.
