Eli Stonewall Dragswolf, 30, is accused of assaulting another inmate at the Ward County Jail during a fight on Aug. 2. He is charged with Class C felony aggravated assault.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Dragswolf slammed the other man’s head into one of the jail cell door locks during the fight and the other man needed stitches above his right eye.
