Larry Dominique McLean, 29, is the second man charged in connection with an armed robbery in the Sports on Tap parking lot in the early morning hours of July 26. He is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony robbery and made an initial appearance on the charge on Tuesday before Judge Doug Mattson.
