William Neal Lucy II, 42, Minot, has been charged in connection with a shooting in downtown Minot on July 26, according to Minot police.

Police say that Lucy is to be charged with two counts of aggravated assault, one count of reckless endangerment, one count of Class C felony felon in possession of a firearm, and two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
